The owner of Nicholson Building,a full service general contractor, Dennis Nicholson, has worked in construction for over 38 years. This includes both the residential and commercial construction industry. 

He started as a

Laborer, then went through the “Saint Louis Carpenters Apprenticeship Program” finishing 2nd in his class.  He went on to be a Journeyman Carpenter and Project Superintendent.  He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, which allowed him to continue his ascent up the management ladder as the Vice President with a national construction management firm.
